Alsco is a well-established global service company, laundering linen and garments, floor mats and towels, washroom services, first aid rentals and cleaning & hygiene consumable supplies throughout New Zealand.
We are looking for a real go-getter who is passionate about problem-solving, customer service and will advocate for customer.
Responsible for managing customer expectations via emails and phone channels. You need to be energetic, enjoy talking to people and building relationships, be reliable and keen to be highly productive. We would like you to have Customer Service experience, but apart from that, we will teach you everything you need to know!
