OverWatch is looking for passionate candidates to join our Incubator program, 3-6 month incubator program gives you a holistic learning experience and builds your career experience in fintech industry.
You will join our IT team which is always buzzing with new ideas and incentive to innovate. Consisting of IT specialists who have diverse skills in website and mobile development, the team members also bring with them cross-market experience, having worked on projects locally and also across the other markets in the Group.
You will be assigned to the Digital Design team and have the opportunity to be involved and learned in the following tasks:
Brand Identity Design System
- Branding design
- Logo design
- Web and Mobile app UI/UX Design
- Banners design
- 3D modeling design
Development
- Website development
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Tasks will be assigned based on your abilities and interests, and you will have the chance to learn and share knowledge with all team members in a friendly environment, which is what our company offers.
Job Description
- Communicate and collaborate efficiently with Front-end and Production Teams in completing the projects.
- UI/UX Design & maintain wireframes, mockups & specifications for user experience across all digital assets (mobile, web, app, etc.)
- Create and deploy scalable, 3D immersive web projects as well as other types of web applications utilizing the latest technologies and frameworks (i.e. Babylon.js, Three.js, or similar WebGL)
- Design & Develop website by using ThreeJS (https://threejs.org), training and course will be provided
- Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, results driven organization
- Opportunity given to involve different projects and design like UI/UX, 3D design, Graphic design and so on, tasks will be assigned based on your skills and interests.
Job Requirements

- Willing and excited to learn and explore new technologies.
- Highly efficient in prototyping and design softwares – Figma, Blender, Illustrator and Photoshop mainly.
- Pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to work independently and also a team player.
- Self-motivated nature and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Primary Language: Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Clients due to work nature)
- Candidate will be required to show Portfolio
