Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Global role / Helsinki-based [Finland]

How will you make an impact in this role?

Our growth so far has been achieved through a unique product built by repair professionals for repair professionals and, of course, our marketing and sales teams. We’re highly focused on continuing to expand our world-class sales team to make sure as many customers in the industry as possible hear about how we help repair businesses like them solve operational and business problems every day while driving sustainability and reducing electronic waste. Now we need your help to grow our sales by focusing on driving new business from our key markets globally.


As an SDR at Fixably, you will be…

  • The first point of contact for prospective customers, developing new opportunities and creating a business within our defined target market
  • Opening the minds of new Fixably customers to automate their workflows and grow their businesses - while bringing their outdated repair systems & processes into the modern age

For you to be successful in this role and to be able to achieve your goals consistently, you’ll need a strong drive to find new business and develop relationships quickly. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid of prospecting and speaking to customers on the phone and ensuring you are up-to-date on the newest technologies and industry trends.


Your day-to-day tasks will include the following:

  • Prospecting for new Fixably customers based on our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target markets
  • Doing proactive outreach to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to educate them on the problems we solve and determine whether their goals & needs are a good fit.
  • Booking 5 sales meetings per week for our seasoned Sales Executives, with whom you’ll also have the opportunity to shadow sales processes and pick up the skills you’ll need to become a quota-carrying salesperson yourself in the future!
  • Updating Hubspot CRM with all activities and relevant information
  • Meeting with your sales team colleagues weekly to share best practices, advice, tips & tricks in order to consistently develop and improve our ways of working

What kind of talent are we looking for?

You’re looking to kick-start your career in global B2B sales. You love a challenge, working in a goal-driven environment, and succeeding as part of a team. You’re a fluent communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills. Other European languages are a definite advantage too!


We’ll also be happy for you to bring the following to the table:

  • University Business degree
  • Motivated & driven personality with a track record of achieving goals
  • Positive attitude and always looking to lift and share knowledge with others. We’re all about winning as a team!
  • Previous SaaS, B2B, or international sales experience is an advantage - but not a requirement as long as you are a quick learner and are determined to build a career as global sales professional.
  • Interest or experience in the electronics repair industry, circular economies, or enabling sustainable business
