Responsibilities:
- To ensure the quality of the mobile APP/website throughout the development life cycle
- To translate the business requirements into test scenarios and test cases
- Create test plans, execute test cases, and maintain technical documents
- Manage, plan, monitor, and distribute QA tasks
- Cooperate with project manager, developers, and QA team to ensure project completion and quality
- Smoothen the QA Teams workflow and standardize test case format
- Provide training to the QA Team - Monitor, evaluate and review the QA Team's performance and report to the supervisors
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent is preferably
- 3 years of working experience in native iOS and Android mobile APP testing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Team player, responsible, self-motivated and able to accomplish deadlines
- Knowledge of programming is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
