Job Description
- Handling Check-in and check-out processes according to set procedures,
- Make sure that all necessery documents are complete and archive them,
- Enter guest records to the system within the standarts and keeping guest confidentiality,
- Keep track of the hotel occupancy and make sure that all reservations are done properly,
- Handling guest request and complaints while keeping our guests satisfaction at a high level.
Required Skills

- Preferebly a degree from a related field,
- Proficient computer skills,
- Fluency in English,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Guest satisfaction oriented,High coordination and organization skills,
- Great problem solving skills,
- Able to work with shifts, including the night shift.
