Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the basic research and development of natural language processing, semantic understanding of natural language, and create ByteDance's leading intelligent human-computer interaction system to serve users. This position is mainly responsible for: 1. Research and development of natural language understanding algorithms and technologies 2. Research and development of algorithms and technologies for dialogue management, including SOP process optimization, multi-round dialogue management, Taskbot, KBQA, etc. 3. Research and development of FAQ and intelligent questions, including text matching, vectorized recall, etc.

Qualifications

1. Practical development and working experience in natural language processing, search, machine learning, deep learning, intelligent question answering, dialogue management, knowledge graph, text generation, human-computer dialogue and other fields are preferred 2. Curiosity, like new things, good at cooperation, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure 3. Familiar with at least one computer programming language, including but not limited to C/C++/Java/go/python 4. High A level paper is preferred, including but not limited to ACL, EMNLP, COLING, WWW, AAAI, etc. 5. Strong practical ability, ACMICPC, NOI/IOI, top coder, Kaggle competition winners are preferred.
