As Accounts Payable Executive, you’ll join our Financial Shared Service Centre (FSSC) to make

sure all Accounts Payable duties are performed accurately and on time. The fruits of your work

will be felt from our headquarters in the Netherlands to our distribution centres in Africa and

beyond.

Your natural way with numbers will be at the foundation of strong professional relationships with

our business partners and suppliers as you take on a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced

environment.

Can you move minds?

We need someone with a passion for finance to make a real difference to our Accounts Payable

operations. An individual who keeps up meets the demands of multiple conflicting tasks without

missing the finer details.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters in Randstad, Netherlands and reporting to Accounts Payable Manager, as part of the role you’ll:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices in multiple languages and currencies.
• Deliver invoice approvals in a timely manner.
• Review Vendor Master data.
• Help with business partner inquiries and oversee supplier relationships.
• Resolve supplier invoicing and payment issues across our international entities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for?

• Bachelors degree and three years’ experience working in an international retail business.
• Competency with financial software packages including SAP.
• Knowledge of VAT and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of P2P flow, knowledge of SOX compliance rules and guidelines is a plus.
• Fluent in English (any other EU language is a plus).
