MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Efficient, courteous who possesses excellent customer service skills. Scan customer’s selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information to customers. JOB OBJECTIVES
· Receiving customers and directing them with the required procedures, receiving cash from them and charging them in cards, whether Tahseel cards, identity cards, electronic receipts, making sure the cash is correct and counting properly, cross check the specified amounts for payment and adding the additional fees, if have.
· Before generating electronic receipts cross check reference code & amount with additional services charge
· Keep the good knowledge about Smart client system, in case of system failure/errors must check numbers of transactions & system cash & collected amount accordingly
· Deposit the amounts in the specified treasury called SCDM, make sure number of notes for cash stuck claim, review the daily and periodic reports, ensure the amount is correct and compare with system receipts and other audit work.
· Make sure that there is a link between the systems authorities and the system users, if have, to verify that specific paid amount is correct to avoid frequent mistakes.
· Ensure that the receipts are printed and matched with the received amounts and Cashiers periodic review these procedures.
· Final daily inventory of the amounts at the end of each day and their conformity with the specified system received amount & delivered or deposited amounts.
· Obligation to preserve money and supporting documents and not to interfere in the work of others and to organize the process to deliver or deposit and review in a specific manner according to the requirements of the Financial Department.
· Deliver the collected amounts daily or according to the shifts to the money transfer company to deposit them in the bank at the end of each working day and pledge to preserve it until it is handed over for deposit and obtain proof acknowledgment.
· In case of any cash discrepancy ,Excess amount or stuck cash immediately reported to supervisor

· Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.
· To provide a Site Safety Plan to be reviewed and approved by the Safety department to cover all aspects of operation and maintenance and control of specialist subcontractors involved in operations on site
· Take reasonable care of all employees, subcontractors and client staff health and safety in the facility.
· Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
· High School Degree.
· 2 years of experience in similar position.
· Organizational and time management skills.
· Good communication Skills
· Health & Safety Awareness
· English language proficiency written and oral
· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Awareness of HSE
· Accountable to HSEQ related incident – accident.
Desirable:
· Knowledge of Company Policies

Salary: AED2,700.00 per month
