About this opportunity

We are looking for a Head of MSIP Operations Assurance in Ericsson


What you will do:

  • Responsible for the handling of the whole operations for different Technologies of a different Vendor

    Operational Management for the end-to-end operations activities delivery (1st level assurance, 2nd level assurance, Service & Resource Fulfillment, and service desk..
  • To ensure that all Managed Services contractual deliveries are fulfilled towards the customer and steers, controls and leads the interaction with the delivery Organizations
  • Local Delivery (NOC), and Global Delivery
  • To ensure the operational performance, securing that services are continuously available and delivered according to the applicable WLAs and OLAs with delivery organizations.
  • Ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) .
  • To configure and provision all resources to provide customers with requested services in a timely and correct manner.
  • Provide critical issue point for all KPI / operations delivery performance deviation.
  • End user and customer's infrastructure incidents and problem resolution in the smallest time, in accordance to the WLA and aiming to minimize the end-user negative impact.
  • Proactive problem management and preventive maintenance activities execution to reduce overall outage time.
  • Improving operational efficiency, processes and methods
  • SLA and KPI Management and monthly sign offs with customer.
  • SPOC for customer and Operational issues.
  • Responsible for Operational readiness for new service in customer Network
  • Leading Special Projects and events
  • Drive Automation
  • Ensure deployment management activities are efficiently performed and supported by other delivery organizations and functions
  • Participate on various change management boards, and forums as needed and coordinate customer participation as necessary
  • Continuously commit for efficiency, improvements and excellence in service delivery

  • MBA certification is a plus
