Office Manager - Construction Industry [Indonesia]


 

Job Description :

  • Understand Basic HR ( Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation, Manpower Regulation )
  • Understand Design and Build Activity ( Interior and Civil Work )
  • Oversee Operation activity in office daily
  • Coordinating meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and coaching our staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Purchasing for projects and communication with vendors
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

Job Requirement :

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration and HR
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction and design industry
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Willing to be locate in office, Bintaro Tangerang Selatan

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
