Job Description :
- Understand Basic HR ( Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation, Manpower Regulation )
- Understand Design and Build Activity ( Interior and Civil Work )
- Oversee Operation activity in office daily
- Coordinating meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising, mentoring, and coaching our staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Purchasing for projects and communication with vendors
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Job Requirement :
- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration and HR
- 2-3 years of experience in construction and design industry
- Office management experience.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Willing to be locate in office, Bintaro Tangerang Selatan
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
