1.与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求
2.传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息
a)传递相应疾病领域的科学进展,促进医生制定规范治疗方案
b)传递罗氏产品的关键信息,提高罗氏产品认知,并收集反馈
c)传递疾病领域诊断相关信息,助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升
学科建设
1.了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗.径及专家诊疗观念及流程
2.梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点
3.通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育
4.逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台
计划管理
规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划,和协作同事协商达成最终方案,并进行 implement.
