YOUR ROLE
You will source and generate new sales prospects using innovative lead gen methods and tools
You deliver demo presentations to prospects, negotiate and close deals independently.
You will optimise the existing sales process and coach and mentor other team members.
You will build strategic relationships with prospective customers using our consultative selling approach.
YOUR PROFILE
You have at least 3+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally with touch points with HR or senior functional leaders.
You have been selling to mid-market or enterprise companies, and have experience with longer sales cycles, speaking with multiple stakeholders.
You have a proven and consistent track record demonstrating sales successes and achieving or over-achieving your quota.
You have experience working in a fast-moving and qualitatively demanding sales process.
You are fluent in English and German with outstanding presentation and influencing skills.
You are collaborative and a thoughtful team player.
