Senior Account Executive [Germany]


 

YOUR ROLE

  • You will source and generate new sales prospects using innovative lead gen methods and tools

  • You deliver demo presentations to prospects, negotiate and close deals independently.

  • You will optimise the existing sales process and coach and mentor other team members.

  • You will build strategic relationships with prospective customers using our consultative selling approach.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 3+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally with touch points with HR or senior functional leaders.

  • You have been selling to mid-market or enterprise companies, and have experience with longer sales cycles, speaking with multiple stakeholders.

  • You have a proven and consistent track record demonstrating sales successes and achieving or over-achieving your quota.

  • You have experience working in a fast-moving and qualitatively demanding sales process.

  • You are fluent in English and German with outstanding presentation and influencing skills.

  • You are collaborative and a thoughtful team player.
