Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager:
- Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to unit
- Responsible for relative sourcing category spend
- Responsible for meeting targets and deliverables set by SuM
- Support implementation of unit and/or category led sourcing initiatives
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
- Drive local supplier negotiation, selection and management based on KONE strategic sourcing process (BENIM)
- Manage level 2 supplier quality performance issues
- Support regular reporting of unit KPI’s including monthly budget / forecast data
- Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases
- Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards

- Accountable for sourcing operations of relevant team
- Manage the performance of the sourcing team and allocation of team resources
