Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients such as farmers and external parties
  • Understand partners needs, objectives, and challenges, and act as their advocate within the company.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans that align with the business goals and company offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions that address farmer's pain points and challenges and ensure that products/services deliver at maximum values.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing farmer's relationships and exceeding performance targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Technology or advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
  • High level of professionalism and integrity to represent the company effectively.
