Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients such as farmers and external parties
- Understand partners needs, objectives, and challenges, and act as their advocate within the company.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that align with the business goals and company offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions that address farmer's pain points and challenges and ensure that products/services deliver at maximum values.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully managing farmer's relationships and exceeding performance targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Technology or advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
- High level of professionalism and integrity to represent the company effectively.
